- Able to install all Windows OS & Troubleshooting
- Should have hands-on experience on Windows 2012, 2016,2019 and Windows 10 and Windows 11(Client OS)
- Certificate Authority configuration and troubleshooting
- Good Knowledge of GPO and troubleshooting
- ITIL knowledge would be mandatory
- Windows Hyper-V management
- Experience in Windows performance tuning.
- Multi-factor authentication with ADFS and third-party tools( OKTA)
- Should know the Patch Management process and scheduling
- Certification in Microsoft Technologies would be an added advantage
- Should have Office 365 management( Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams)
- Experience in backup management (Datto and Veeam.etc.)
- Citrix management is added an advantage.
- Good communication skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
- Should be able to work in Shifts in a 24 x 7 environment
- Should be flexible to work 5 days a Week
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction.
- Participate in nights and weekends activities.
- Willing to work in Australian shift (3 AM to 12 PM)
