**Brief Description about the Project**
- The Center has twin tracks. The clinical track explores structured early clinical intervention protocols and developing case identification methods that can be upscaled into public health systems. The Research track involves evaluations of the above while also understanding the biological underpinnings of Autism.
- To understand in-depth about teenagers on spectrum and their transition into adulthood and develop a systematic assessment process for the Indian context.
- Based on our comprehensive 3-step assessments, individual and group interventions are being planned for the participants focusing on their strengths, needs, preferences, functioning ability, and social skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:B.Sc Nursing

**Salary**: Rs. 25,000/-pm

(To be enhanced after a probationary period to the satisfaction of the core team of CARE-ADD. Higher salary will be especially considered for those who are willing to formally agree to stay through project extensions as they occur. Longer term academic and clinical pursuit within CARE-ADD would be one of the criteria that will be used to determine remuneration over time)

Require 1 year commitment.

**Language**:English and Kannada Knowledge of at least one more Indian language (preferably Hindi).

**Experience**:Minimum Experience of 2 years preferred.

**Location**:Bangalore

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conducting community-based assessments.
- Assisting in social skills training and get-togethers organized for young adults with autism.
- Managing the day care and organizing activities for young adults with autism
- Facilitating sample collection and EEG for TYA participants
- Maintaining records
- Attending and presenting academic programs, seminars and workshops
- And all other duties as assigned by PI
