**Junior Psychologist**

**Position Starting**:1st November 2024

**No. of Vacancy**:One

**Salary**: Rs.25,000/
- To be enhanced after a probationary period to the satisfaction of the core team of CARE-ADD. Those with master’s degrees and exceptional achievements will qualify for higher starting salary. Higher salary will be especially considered for those who are willing to formally agree to stay through project extensions as they occur. Longer term academic pursuits from within CARE-ADD would be one of the criteria that will be used to determine remuneration over time.

**Preferred Qualifications **:M.Sc in Psychology (Clinical/Child)

**Experience**:Minimum Experience of 1 year required, though freshers may also be considered.

**Language** : English and Kannada (Knowledge of atleast one more Indian language is desirable)

**Employment Status**: Contract

**Location**: Bangalore

- Clinical assessments of children with developmental difficulties
- Communication with families
- Knowledge of typical developmental trajectory.
- Team interaction, collaboration, co-ordination skills.
- Research related activities

- Basic computer skills and maintaining e-records
- Maintaining data of clinical observations, assessments and interventions in a research worthy manner under supervision of senior members of the team.
- Attending seminars and workshops
- Any other research/clinical task allotted by the PI/Head, CAREADD
