**Brief Description about the Project**

The Center has twin tracks. The clinical track explores structured early clinical intervention protocols and developing case identification methods that can be upscaled into public health systems. The Research track involves evaluations of the above while also understanding the biological underpinnings of Autism.

**Position Starting**:01st November 2024

**No. of Vacancy**:Two

**Salary**: Rs.40,000. (To be enhanced after a probationary period to the satisfaction of the core team of CARE-ADD. Those with exceptional achievements will qualify for higher starting salary. Higher salary will be especially considered for those who are willing to formally agree to stay through project extensions as they occur. Longer term academic pursuits from within CARE-ADD would be one of the criteria that will be used to determine remuneration over time)

**Language**:English, Kannada. (Knowledge of at least one more Indian language is desirable)

**Experience**:Minimum Experience of 1 year required, though freshers may also be considered.

**Preferred Qualifications**:M.Phil in Clinical Psychology

**Roles Responsibilities**:

- Clinical assessments of children with developmental difficulties in the Unit of Hope
- Behavioral interventions for children with Autism in the Unit of Hope
- Plan interventions with parents and families as needed
- Maintaining data of clinical observations, assessments and interventions in a research worthy manner under supervision of senior members of the team
- Any other research/clinical task allotted by the PI/Head, CAREADD.
