A **Training and Placement Coordinator** is responsible for managing and facilitating the training, development, and placement activities for students or employees. This role bridges the gap between educational institutions and industry, ensuring students receive the proper skills and guidance to secure employment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Management**:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate training programs for students or employees.
- Assess training needs and create tailored programs to address skill gaps.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure the relevance of training content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- **Placement Activities**:

- Liaise with potential employers, recruiting agencies, and industry partners to create placement opportunities.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and career fairs.
- Assist students or employees in preparing for interviews, including resume building, interview coaching, and soft skills development.
- Maintain relationships with alumni to track career progress and feedback.
- **Networking & Industry Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with organizations and industry leaders to facilitate placements and internship opportunities.
- Represent the institution or organization at job fairs, employer meetings, and industry events.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of training activities, student progress, and placement statistics.
- Prepare reports on placement success rates and other key metrics.
- Provide feedback to the academic or HR departments to align training content with market demands.
- **Counseling & Guidance**:

- Offer career counseling and guidance to students or employees on job roles, industry trends, and career growth.
- Assist with job search strategies and facilitate mock interviews.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree or certifications in career counseling is a plus.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in training, placement, or recruitment, preferably in an educational institution or corporate environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends and employer expectations.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students or employees.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms for networking.

**Work Environment**:

- The role may require interaction with students, faculty, industry professionals, and employers.
- Work may be conducted in an office setting, but occasional travel for job fairs, recruitment events, and employer meetings may be required.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Placement success rate.
- Number of training programs conducted.
- Employer satisfaction rate.
- Student satisfaction with training and placement services.

This role requires someone who is proactive, communicative, and highly organized to ensure that both training and placement efforts meet the needs of students or employees while building strong ties with employers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
