**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Placement Coordinator - IT** to join our team. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the placement process of our IT training program participants. This role involves working closely with corporate partners, managing student placement activities, and ensuring students are prepared for their job search and interviews.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Placement Coordination**: Manage the entire placement process for IT trainees, including coordinating with potential employers, organizing interviews, and facilitating campus placement drives.
- **Employer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key hiring partners and organizations in the IT sector, ensuring continuous placement opportunities.
- **Student Preparation**: Conduct mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and career counseling sessions to help students enhance their employability skills.
- **Track Placements**: Monitor and track the progress of student placements, ensuring that students meet placement targets and deadlines.
- **Job Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, employer expectations, and job market demands in the IT sector to align training programs with market requirements.
- **Placement Metrics Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of placement statistics, success rates, and feedback from employers and students. Report these metrics to management regularly.
- **Collaboration with Trainers**: Work closely with the trainers to ensure that the training curriculum is aligned with the skills required by employers and job market trends.
- **Workshops & Events**: Organize and host career fairs, webinars, and other networking events to connect students with industry professionals.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in IT or Engineering is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in placement coordination or recruitment within the IT industry or EdTech sector.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with students, companies, and internal teams.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage placement drives, interviews, and job offers efficiently.
- **IT Knowledge**: Understanding of IT technologies and skillsets in demand (e.g., programming languages, software development, data analysis, etc.).
- **Relationship Management**: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with employers, students, and industry professionals.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving placement challenges or issues faced by students.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Strong focus on meeting placement targets and continuously improving placement success rates.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, HR teams, and corporate partners.
