**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, career counseling, or human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing industry trends and job market demands.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
