**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with Property Listings**: Help with the preparation of property listings, including taking photos, writing descriptions, and uploading them to multiple listing services (MLS).
- **Client Communication**: Interact with clients, potential buyers, and sellers, answering questions, providing property information, and coordinating meetings or showings.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on current market trends, property values, and neighborhood statistics to assist agents in pricing properties and making informed decisions.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing contracts, and maintaining files.
- **Open Houses & Showings**: Help organize and host open houses and property showings, ensuring properties are presentable and all interested buyers are assisted.
- **Transaction Coordination**: Assist in the coordination of real estate transactions from the initial offer to closing, ensuring paperwork is in order, and deadlines are met.
- **Customer Service**: Provide a high level of service and professionalism to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with great attention to detail.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and real estate platforms (MLS, Zillow, etc.). Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- **Real Estate License**: While not always required, a real estate license is preferred or willingness to obtain one.

**Additional Responsibilities (Optional)**:

- Assist in preparing comparative market analyses (CMA) for listing agents and clients.
- Provide support in preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay up to date with trends and best practices.
