**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction & Relationship Building**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored property solutions.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, virtual tours, and meetings with clients.
- **Property Listings & Marketing**:
- Assist with property listings, ensuring accuracy and appealing presentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create property listings and promotional materials.
- Utilize online platforms, social media, and networking to promote properties.
- **Market Research & Property Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive listings.
- Advise clients on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) for accurate pricing and positioning of properties.
- **Negotiation & Transaction Management**:
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best interests of clients.
- Manage the transaction process from offer acceptance to closing, ensuring all documentation and timelines are met.
- Coordinate with legal professionals, lenders, and inspectors to ensure a smooth closing process.
- **Teamwork & Collaboration**:
- Work closely with fellow team members to share knowledge, resources, and strategies to meet collective sales targets.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Provide support to junior team members, offering guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Collaborate with administrative and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Work with senior team members to strategize and improve sales performance.
- **Client Education & Advice**:
- Provide guidance on financing options, including mortgages, loans, and other relevant services.
- Ensure clients are informed of all necessary steps in the buying, selling, or renting process.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, or a related field, is preferred.
- A valid real estate license (if applicable in your region).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets and trends.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and regulations.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Primarily office-based, with frequent fieldwork for property showings, meetings, and networking.

Contract length: 72000 months
Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
