Job title: Sales and associate executive

Job summary:
Our company is looking to hire an sales executive to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties will involve meeting clients visiting to sites convincing, answer phone calls and supervising the new fresher’s employees.

To be a successful hire you need to have prior experience in sales and management. You will also need to be aware of technology. And most important A bachlor’s degree is required.

Executive Duties and Responsibilities:

- Observing the market and customers’ about their mindset and how to convince them towards our projects.
- Answering a high-volume of incoming calls and try to convince them to visit the site and office.
- Coordinating with the staffs and our own downlines and guide them properly.
- Supervising, motivating, guiding the team members and ensure maximum productivity.
- Creating work report of own’s individuals and also of team members and report to superior members.

Executive Requirements(Qualification/Experience/Skills):

- A bachelor degree or equivalent.
- One year of experience in sales and managing work.
- At least good conversation skills
- Knowledge of social medias sites such as Facebook, Instagram.

**Salary/Benefits**:
**Rs. 25,000/month**

**With facility of office, car, driver, fuel, and projects for site visiting.**

**We also provide the training for all the new comers for better future enhancement.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week
