We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with chemist shops and pharmacies, promoting our services, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. You will play a critical role in helping us in maximum reach and impact in the pharmaceutical industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Relationship Building**: Engage with chemist shops and pharmacies, understanding their needs and demonstrating how our services can optimize their business.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify new sales opportunities and drive conversions by effectively pitching our value proposition.
- **Customer Management**: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.
- **Territory Management**: Organize daily routes and manage your assigned territory to maximize efficiency and meet sales targets.
- **Market Insights**: Collect feedback and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help us stay competitive.
- **Reporting**: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
