Check and respond to customer queries on various channels such as Whatsapp, chat, social media, etc.
- Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics or other web analytics tools. Check for any issues and ensure that the website is running smoothly.
- Update product information, images, and pricing on the website and other e-commerce platforms.
- Process orders and ensure that they are fulfilled accurately and on time. Monitor shipping and delivery times to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track inventory levels and restock products as needed. Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify slow-moving products.
- Prepare sales and inventory reports using Excel or other data analysis tools. Analyze the data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Write and edit product descriptions content for the website and social media channels.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing and product decisions.
- Attend team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and strategies. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, customer service, and marketing to ensure smooth operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Part-time hours: 57 per week

**Salary**: ₹4,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
