**Job Reasonability**:
**E-commerce Platform Management**:

- Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to our website, mobile app, and third-party marketplaces.
- Handle day-to-day order processing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Address e-commerce-related inquiries or issues promptly and effectively, working closely with the customer service team.
- Ensure that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines to maximize visibility and sales.

**MIS Report and Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, including conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate e-commerce performance and insights to key stakeholders.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in e-commerce operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of online campaigns and promotions, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth.

**Internal Department Coordination**:

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as inventory management and logistics teams, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Work closely with the customer service team to address any e-commerce-related inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues and implement enhancements to the e-commerce platforms.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce activities with overall business objectives and priorities.
- Facilitate training sessions or workshops for internal teams to promote e-commerce best practices and ensure consistent execution across departments.

**Qualifications and Skills Requirements**:

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proven track record of driving e-commerce sales and achieving targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
