**Job Title**: Project Coordinator - Healthcare Project (District-Wise - Kerala)

**Location**: Kerala (District-Wise Locations Available)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Management**: Coordinate and oversee the execution of healthcare project activities within assigned districts, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, local government officials, and community health workers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Maintain positive relationships with local healthcare authorities, NGOs, and community leaders, ensuring project goals align with community needs and priorities.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Track and report on the progress of various project components, identify any issues, and propose solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Resource Management**: Ensure that all resources (human, financial, and material) are effectively managed and utilized to support project activities.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that the project adheres to all relevant health regulations, government policies, and ethical standards.
- **Training and Capacity Building**: Organize training sessions for local healthcare providers and community workers to ensure effective project implementation and sustainability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or public health sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, particularly in Kerala.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Willingness to travel within the district and occasionally to other regions in Kerala.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in healthcare project implementation and community health programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of government healthcare policies and regulations in Kerala.
