**Project Planning**
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and material/manpower projections
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with architects, estimation engineers, procurement teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related materials
- Identify project cost deviations

**Query Management**
- Generate and monitor queries through ticket management system for pre-construction activities
- Develop monitoring templates and follow up with design/estimation/procurement teams to ensure close within pre-defined SLAs

**Process Improvement**
- Aid in improving internal processes and develop new process/SoPs to ensure operational efficiency
- Generate manpower and material look ahead schedules using internal systems

**Requirements and qualifications**
- Civil engineer with proven experience as a construction project coordinator or similar role. **2+ yrs of experience is preferred.**:

- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
