**About the team**

**What you will be doing**
- Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
- Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
- Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
- Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.

**What you bring**:

- 6 to 9 years of experience in Java, JSP, Tomcat, VXML, JavaScript, C# and.Net programming.
- Having 4+ years of hands-on experience with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system in a developer role, Nuance Mix Cloud IVR preferred
- Design, develop, deploy, and support constantly evolving IVR based on business requirements.
- Strong background with IVR implementations, including CRM integrations with external platforms
- Experience integrating business processes across disparate systems and multiple Salesforce instances using web services, SOAP, REST, XML, HTML and JavaScript

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
- Knowledge of financial services industry
