Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls:
1) Call Parent or students regarding admissions
2) Actively participate in lead generation activities to attract potential students
3) Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
5) Stay updated on the institution's programs, courses, and admission policies
6) Effectively communicate the unique selling points and benefits of enrolling in the institution
7) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective students
8) Coordinate with other departments, such as admissions, marketing, and administration, to ensure a seamless admission process

**Qualification**:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
Previous experience in tele-calling, sales, or admission counselling is preferred.
Knowledge of educational programs and admission procedures.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
