Responsibilities:

- Drive functional discussions with the Development Team.
- Work closely with the development team and ensure delivery is functionally complete and meets expected quality.
- Evaluating business processes, analyzing requirements, finding areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions with the Team.
- Leading ongoing reviews of Projects and developing optimization strategies.
- Conducting meetings and presentations with all Stakeholders.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Preparing all Project & Process related documents.
- Keep the effective track of Project Development Efforts, Change Request & Maintenance.
- Effectively communicating the plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Working closely with clients,technicians, and managerial staff.
- Providing leadership and guidance to junior staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements within Timelines & Budgeting.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

- A Graduation / Post Graduation degree in IT / Computer Science Stream.
- Experience of working in end to end project development along with delivery environment.
- Should be familiar with Agile methodologies.
- Should have the knowledge of Sprint Planning.
- Should be able to create the Project Development Estimates (Timelines).
- Must have the prior proven experience of delivering both Web & Mobile Application.
- Should have the basic knowledge about API, API development process & Postman Collections.
- Must have the basic UAT Testing knowledge & experience.
- Should have the knowledge of UI/UX Elements.
- Should have the knowledge & experience of creating Wireframes.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Must have Expertise in Project Management Tools like JIRA/ASANA/NOTION
- Must have Expertise in Documentation & Collaboration Tools Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace & MS Office.
