**Job description**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for coordinating government and nongovernmental officials for facilitating the project.
- Facilitating and coordinating with project staff and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for designing and developing the strategies for liaising and brand promotion.
- Responsible for measuring and analyzing the progress of the project to ensure its development as planned, including the timely submission of proposal, reports, and other documents to the sponsors.
- Preparing project reports, presentations, program plan, for facilitating the coordination with stake holders.
- Responsible for handling other tasks as per the needs of the program and organization.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIRED**:

- Full-time bachelor master degree in Development Management/ Rural Development/Rural Management/Social Science/Development Studies, or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with developmental organization.

**Other: Salary commensurate with skill and attitude. Initially, the fixed-term contract shall be issued for a year based on performance, which shall be renewed yearly thereafter.**

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:

- Experience of government and nongovernmental organization functioning.
- An individual with good working knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Experience in online and offline promotion of organization and projects.
- Understanding of technology aspects in terms of delivery through digital platforms.
- Good data analysis skills with program planning and design.
- Willingness to travel extensively within project locations.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with little supervision.
- Flexibility and ability to deal with uncertainty; adaptability to project needs and schedules.
- A team player.
