**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal functioning and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related requirements and support production goals.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repair tasks, parts usage, and equipment performance.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies in machinery maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities.
- Conduct training sessions for junior staff on machinery operations and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend improvement measures.
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair.
- Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machinery maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
