**Job Summary**:
The School Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all maintenance activities for both L.P. Savani Vidhyabhavan (Adajan) and L.P. Savani International (Pal) campuses. This role ensures the upkeep and functionality of buildings, grounds, and equipment, creating a safe and efficient learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Planning and Scheduling**: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for buildings, grounds, and equipment. Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks based on urgency and importance.
- **Supervision of Maintenance Staff**: Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, gardeners, and cleaning personnel. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor performance.
- **Building Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance and repair of building structures, including roofs, walls, floors, doors, windows, and fixtures. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- **Grounds Maintenance**: Manage the upkeep of school grounds, including landscaping, lawn care, tree trimming, and waste disposal. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety hazards.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services. Obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to maintenance emergencies and provide timely solutions. Develop and implement emergency maintenance plans.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment maintenance logs.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with school administrators, staff, and contractors regarding maintenance issues and schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation in related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment. Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field, preferably in an educational or institutional setting.
- Experience supervising maintenance staff.

**Salary**:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and will be competitive within the Surat market.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
