**Job summary**

The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage on-site construction activities for industrial real estate projects, ensuring effective execution and timely delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Supervision**: Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to construction plans and safety standards.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all site activities adhere to project specifications and quality standards through regular inspections.
- **Resource Management**: Efficiently allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment to ensure project milestones are met.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**: Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of the project.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruption to project timelines.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate site documentation and prepare regular progress reports for management review.
- **Software Proficiency**: MS-Office

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 3-8 years of experience in site supervision within the industrial real estate or construction industry.
- **Education**: ITI certification in Building Construction with a specialization in Civil, or a relevant degree in a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with industrial real estate projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
