Civil Supervisor

Site Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure the site is kept clean and organized, minimizing hazards for the workforce.

Demarcation & Marking: Marking the boundaries and areas for construction work as per the project
requirements.
Drawing Reading & Implementation: Ability to interpret and implement construction drawings for various tasks.

Local Vendor Sourcing: Liaise with local vendors to procure construction materials as per site requirements.

Manpower and Machinery Coordination: Ensuring the correct number of workers and machines are available
as per site requirements.
Daily Register Maintenance: Maintain accurate daily records of materials, labor, and machinery usage.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Good communication for coordination with teams, clients, and vendors.
Presentation skills for regular meetings or reports.
Chainlink Fencing & Barbed Wire: Installation and maintenance of fencing and other boundary protection
measures.
Gate Installation: Setup of entrance gates to the construction site or project location.
Landscaping: Performing tasks related to site beautification or landscaping as required.
Playing Equipment Installation: Ensuring proper installation of outdoor playing equipment, if required for
site development.
Fundation Work: Handling foundation-related tasks according to specifications.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency for project management, updates, and communication.
Photo Documentation: Ability to capture and share site photos for documentation and progress tracking.
Mobile Skills: Smart phone usage for communication, reporting, and coordination.
Transport: Must own a two-wheeler bike for site visits and commuting.

Educational Qualifications:
Supervisor: Completed Diploma in Civil Engineering, BE in Civil Engineering (1-5 years experience).

Pay: ₹15,215.68 - ₹25,174.23 per month
