**Achievement of Sales Targets**:Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators.
Continuously assess and adjust sales strategies to meet changing market demands.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

**Experience**:Proven track record of success in insurance sales.
Strong understanding of various insurance products and coverage options.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

**Licensing**:Must hold a valid insurance license in [State].

Having knowledge General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Home loans, Business loans.
