Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Nagpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing a team of agency partners, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include maintaining agency partners relationships, analyzing sales data, providing training and support to the agency partners, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.

  • Proven sales experience and aquisition skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to manage and motivate business partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the general insurance industry
