**Urgent required in Hardware & Networking faculty in BIT**

**Location**: Ahmedabad(Panchvati)

**Job Type**: Full Time / Part Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instructional Duties**:

- Develop, deliver, and assess courses related to computer hardware, networking technologies, and IT infrastructure.
- Teach foundational and advanced topics, including networking protocols (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, etc.), hardware configuration, server management, network security, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide hands-on lab sessions and practical training to enhance student learning and skill development.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer guidance, mentorship, and academic support to students, helping them meet course objectives and career goals.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
- Advise students on industry certifications and career paths in hardware and networking fields.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Assist in the development and improvement of the curriculum to ensure it aligns with industry trends and standards.
- Incorporate the latest technologies and teaching methods to provide relevant, up-to-date education to students.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, student evaluations, and other academic activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field.
- Proven experience in computer hardware and networking, with hands-on expertise in configuring and managing network systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies (e.g., CCNA,MCSA, CCNP, LAN/WAN, IP addressing).
- Experience with network troubleshooting, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and hardware components.
- Teaching experience or a passion for educating others is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA) are highly preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and engage students.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the latest hardware and networking trends and technologies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
