Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly.
  • Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks for performance and connectivity.
  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
  • Perform regular system backups, data recovery, and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system permissions.
  • Ensure network security and implement antivirus and data protection measures.
  • Maintain IT inventory, including hardware, licenses, and accessories.
  • Provide technical support to employees both on-site and remotely.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement and service support.
  • Keep documentation updated for all hardware, network configurations, and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹35,000.00 per month
