- **Experience**:Minimum 1.5 Yrs. to 2+ Yrs. prior experience as account executive or assistant accountant or accountant in CA firm or in any reputed company.

**Job Overview**:We are looking for a dedicated **Account Executive/ Accountant** to join our team and help us continue to grow in the chemical business while ensuring the financial side of things runs smoothly at **corporate office in Masjid Bunder (W), Mumbai - 400003 **You will be responsible for **day-to-day accounting, handling purchase orders, invoices, e-way bills, and other documents related to the company's clients, customers, and other business records**. You'll also communicate with a CA regarding any Accounting, Taxation, GST, Compliance and handle any necessary bank visits for financial matters. In addition, you should bevproficient in **Tally, GST** Software with excellent MS Office skills, including advanced Excel capabilities**. **Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- **Accounting Entries**: Perform day-to-day accounting software entries, including import-related entries.
- Collaborate with our Chartered Accountant to address accounting, GST, and other financial matters.
- **Corporate Communication**:Draft corporate letters and assist in drafting Letters of Credit (LC).
- **Tax Compliance**: Handle GST return filing, TDS, and income tax calculations.
- **Logistics Coordination**:Communicate with the in-house and outsourced logistics department to ensure timely delivery and storage of goods.
- **Bank Liaison**: Visit banks when required to address important financial matters.

**Key Skills/Requirements**:To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- **Work Experience**:Minimum 1.5 to 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts (Preferably at a Chartered Accountant's office or in any reputed company or Industrial Products trading firm.
- Strong background in General **Accounting, Taxation, GST, Compliance**:

- **Proficiency**in accounting software such as **Spectrum or Tally**, and GST Software.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, Advance Excel for calculations.
- Possess strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
