**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Specialize in the recruitment of migrant workers, unskilled workers, and contract and women workers.
- Expertise in field recruitment and rural recruitment.
- Provide support to hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Provide reports and analysis to the management.
- Organize and participate in networking events, social media campaigns, and career fairs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
