Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching roles. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networks. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct initial HR rounds, and coordinate with academic heads for further evaluation. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Draft job postings, circulate vacancies, and manage candidate communication professionally. Ensure all joining documentation, background checks, and induction processes are completed smoothly. Build and maintain relationships with colleges and recruitment partners for continuous talent pipelines. Should be able to do HR activities like onboarding, attendance monitoring, grievance handling, and employee engagement when required. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment (School/College recruitment experience is an added advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Tamil is mandatory Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using recruitment portals. Positive attitude, disciplined work ethic, and commitment to timelines. Immediate joiners preferred
