**Role Summary**

The Internal ISO Auditor will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring internal audits across the company to ensure compliance with ISO standards and the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). The role includes ensuring that all company processes and procedures are implemented effectively, deviations are tracked, and continual improvements are initiated. The auditor will also prepare weekly reports of findings, corrective actions, and progress updates for management review.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and maintain an internal audit schedule in line with ISO and company requirements.
- Conduct regular internal ISO audits (ISO 9001:2015 or applicable standards) across all departments and processes.
- Verify compliance with established QMS procedures, policies, and work instructions.
- Identify gaps, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement through systematic audits.
- Prepare and circulate **weekly audit reports** summarizing audit findings, corrective and preventive actions, and follow-up status.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
- Assist in preparing documentation, records, and evidence for external surveillance and certification audits.
- Support the Quality Team in maintaining and updating QMS documentation (procedures, SOPs, records, manuals, etc.).
- Conduct awareness and refresher sessions with employees to ensure compliance with QMS standards.

Act as a bridge between management and process owners for continual improvement initiatives.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards (knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other standards will be an added advantage).
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and audit methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage audit schedules, reports, and corrective action tracking.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 (mandatory).

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in conducting ISO audits and QMS compliance (manufacturing/engineering industry preferred).
**Performance Indicators**
- Timely completion of scheduled internal audits.
- Accuracy and clarity of weekly audit reports submitted to management.
- Effectiveness in identifying and driving closure of non-conformities.
- Contribution to continual improvement initiatives across the organization.

Positive feedback from external auditors on audit preparedness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
