**Job Title : Dy. Manager / Manager - Central Filing Solutions**
- Managing and supervising the entire Imports & Export activities related to customs filing and having overall control on Shipment / Documents.
- Planning for Customs Inspection & Examination at various CFS.
- Co-ordination with all branches (Pan India Basis) for timely filing (Both Imports / Exports)
- Monitoring pending shipments report on daily basis pulled out from systems to ensure seamless & timely clearances without customs fines/penalties/other liability costs
- Overall supervision on Filing of Imports / Exports Bill of Entry with Customs through Online - ICEGATE.
- Overall supervision in the preparation and processing of Customs / Port related documents for Imports / Exports Shipment.
- Co-ordination with Steamer Agents, Port Officials, Customers / Client / for Customs Related documentation with regards to Imports / Exports Shipments.
- Having knowledge to refer Customs Tariff, Customs act, Customs Notifications, Board Public Notices, Circulars of Customs and Excise, DGFT.
- Good team handling capability.
- Customs Card Holder (G Card / F Card)

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
