Job Summary:

LA Freightlift is seeking a Executive / Senior Executive – Operations with a valid H Card to manage and support our air and sea import operations. Candidates must have hands-on experience in air and sea imports, CHA, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage air and sea import operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Oversee CHA and field operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team.
  • Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, customs authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth execution of shipments and resolve operational issues proactively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of air and sea import experience.
  • Valid H Card holder.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import procedures, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
