**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and validate Ewaybills accurately and efficiently for all outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and information for Ewaybill generation.
- Monitor Ewaybill validity and expiry dates to prevent delays or disruptions in shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of Ewaybills and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to Ewaybill generation or compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in Ewaybill regulations and requirements, and implement necessary changes in processes and procedures accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on Ewaybill-related matters, including training and education as needed.
- Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions for streamlining Ewaybill processes and enhancing efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in logistics operations, with a focus on Ewaybill management.
- In-depth knowledge of Ewaybill regulations and guidelines, including GST compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using Ewaybill generation platforms and software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience in training and guiding team members on Ewaybill processes and compliance is a plus.
