**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, and coordinate all dispatch operations for timely deliveries across Maharashtra.
- Supervise loading, packaging, and shipment of finished goods.
- Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for dispatch scheduling.
- Ensure proper documentation for every shipment (invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, etc.).
- Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or transport issues promptly.
- Maintain dispatch logs, records, and MIS reports. Monitor and optimize dispatch costs while ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards during handling and transportation.
- Coordinate with the production and sales teams to align dispatch priorities.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics management.
- Strong understanding of delivery coordination across Maharashtra.
- Industry background in doors manufacturing, real estate, or product manufacturing is preferred.
- Good command over dispatch documentation and record-keeping. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) for reporting and tracking.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with transport networks and local regulations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
