1. **Class Scheduling & Coordination**
- Develop and maintain academic timetables for all programs.
- Allocate faculty and classrooms based on course requirements.
- Ensure schedules are free of conflicts or overlaps.
- Revise schedules as necessary, considering faculty availability and student needs.

2. **Faculty & Resource Management**
- Coordinate with faculty to confirm availability and teaching preferences.
- Assign faculty to classes based on expertise and workload balance.
- Ensure classrooms, studios, and other required resources are arranged for each session.

3. **Communication & Notifications**
- Provide timely updates to faculty and coordinators regarding any schedule changes.
- Inform relevant departments of updates in room allocations or time adjustments.
- Proactively resolve scheduling issues to ensure uninterrupted academic operations.

4. **Attendance Monitoring & Policy Compliance**
- Track class attendance and report any inconsistencies.
- Ensure classes run as per the academic calendar and institutional guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date attendance records and support faculty in meeting compliance requirements.

5. **Rescheduling & Cancellations**
- Efficiently manage last-minute schedule changes or faculty unavailability.
- Coordinate substitute faculty when needed.
- Promptly communicate all updates to both students and faculty members.

6. **Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain comprehensive records of class schedules, faculty assignments, and attendance.
- Generate reports on faculty workload, student attendance, and scheduling adherence.
- Provide accurate data to management to support academic planning and decisions.

7. **Support for Students & Faculty**
- Address concerns or queries related to scheduling from students and faculty.
- Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to integrate new batch schedules smoothly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
