**Key Responsibilities of Trainer**
- Develop sound product & process knowledge.
- Does training need analysis from time to time.
- Plan & conduct refresher training.
- Introducing & implementing effective training courses for new as well as existing employees.

**Key Requirements**
- Collaborating with management to evaluate the company's training requirements.
- Mentoring & supporting new employees.
- Conducting an analysis to identify the areas of improvement.
- Having knowledge into Outbound sales process training.
- Having knowledge about BQ managment, NHT Batch and PIP.
- Having atleast 3 years of experience into BPO training field altoghter.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salt Lake City, Kolkata - 700091, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- BPO Traning: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:
