**Job description**

**"SHOULD HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A PROCESS TRAINER ( TRAVEL PROCESS WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE"**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Sr trainer and Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees in the contact center
- Ensure that all training programs are up-to-date and aligned with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and feedback to agents to improve their performance
- Conduct refresher courses and ongoing training sessions to ensure agents are up-to-date with the latest processes and technologies
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, job aids, and presentations
- Support the management team in achieving the company's goals and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of process training
- 2-3 years of experience working in a contact center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- **Immediate joiner. ( From 1st May 2025)**
