**Position: Product Executive/Manager**

**Qualification**
- **B Pharma/M Pharma - Medicine**

**Experience**:
**2 to 3 years of experience as a Product Executive/Manager in Pharma Sector**

**Role & responsibilities**
- **Having Good experience in Pharmaceutical Sales in a product management team (PMT Division)**:

- **Able to fulfill Product-related requirements i.e., Product Manuals, Visual Aids, Literature, and new product launch materials.**:

- **Should be involved in planning and executing the launching of products including arranging meetings/gathering the data for product vision working closely with sales/marketing teams**:

- **Define the company's product vision, strategy, and road map.**:

- **Should be able to impart technical/product-related training to the field force.**:

- **Attend monthly/quarterly/yearly review meetings as and when required.**:

- **Prepare technical data sheets, literature, and other promotional activity and marketing tools.**:

- **Follow up with the sales staff regarding promotional activities and product promotion purposes.**:

- **Collect market data for competitor brands by coordinating with sales teams and following up with them for sales growth.**:

- **Must be able to travel extensively for training & brand promotion purposes whenever necessary.**:

- **Should focus on Primary & Secondary product sales regularly & coordinate with the sales team for growth in sales.**:

- **You should have excellent computer skills to prepare various tools.**:

- **Management gives any other additional portfolios from time to time.**

**Key Skills: Product Knowledge, Product Management, Product Launch, Brand Promotion, Training & Development**
- **Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.**
- **Graduate in Science / Pharma having relevant experience in the product management team in the pharma/Gastro/Ortho/Neuro/Neuropsychiatry segment product**:

- **Ability to use MS Office Package.**:

- **Fast learner with Strong, Confident communication & listening skills. Innovation, making things happen per requirement.**:

- **He or she should be open to traveling all over India for training, brand promotion, and Meetings.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- product executive: 2 years (preferred)
