**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Production Executive** to join our dynamic events team. This role involves supporting the end-to-end execution of event production, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure flawless delivery of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning and execution of event production from concept to completion
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and technical teams for staging, lighting, sound, and AV setups
- Conduct site visits and support venue assessments for feasibility and logistics planning
- Oversee production timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless delivery
- Manage event timelines, production schedules, and delivery checklists
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at events
- Track production budgets, prepare cost estimates, and monitor expenses
- Support post-event evaluation and reporting
- Collaborate closely with creative, client servicing, and logistics teams to ensure alignment
- Translate event briefs into detailed production plans with timelines, technical requirements, and budgets
- Liaise directly with clients to understand production needs and offer expert guidance on feasibility and enhancements
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and manage risk assessments
- Manage and track production budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and control costs
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including production schedules, floor plans, and post-event reports
- Mentor junior team members and provide leadership during complex event deliveries

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Media, Communications, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in production for corporate events (agency or client-side)
- In-depth knowledge of AV, lighting, staging, and technical production standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Hands-on experience in managing vendors, suppliers, and technical crews
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel for on-site production
- A problem-solver with a calm, can-do attitude under pressure

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with production equipment and technical specifications (sound, lighting, AV)
- Knowledge of event permitting and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and basic project management tools
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or multinational clients

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:
