Event Management and Production

Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, fashion shows, and weddings.
- Support the production team with on-ground event setup, vendor coordination, and logistics.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
- Assist in preparing event proposals, presentations, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, decorators, and technical teams.
- Handle backstage and hospitality mana

- gement during fashion shows and weddings.
- Support the team with guest management, invitations, RSVPs, and registration desks.
- Contribute creative ideas for event themes, décor, entertainment, and experiences.
- Ensure timely execution and adherence to brand standards for all events.
Who can apply:
- A diploma in event management preferred
- Prior experience in managing production in shoots and shows would be an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
