**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Handle office administration responsibilities and maintain a log of it
- Process client documents and arrange them in an appropriate method.
- Maintain a log of all activities, and report it on daily basis to the Toronto head office.
- Perform various activities related to the college/university admission process.
- Must be flexible to adjust in different situations, ready to take new tasks assigned and willing to go extra mile where needed.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- At least one year of office assistant or office administration experience preferred.
- Must have team player qualities.
- Excellent communication skills and command of English.
- Independent yet a good team player, willing to share, discuss, learn and teach.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.82 - ₹18,000.30 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
