**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality
- Manage and motivate production staff to ensure adherence to production targets and quality standards
- Identify and troubleshoot production problems, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and purchasing, to ensure smooth production operations
- Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate production teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of safety and quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in using production planning and control software and tools

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
