National Facets, a leading player in the gemstone industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Incharge to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations. If you have a strong background in gemstone production and are adept at managing production processes, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the daily operations of our gemstone manufacturing facility.
- Ensure smooth production workflow, quality control, and adherence to production schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of production teams.
- Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets.
- Provide regular reports on production metrics and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a safe and productive working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in production management, preferably in the gemstone or jewelry industry.
- In-depth knowledge of gemstone manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and improve production workflows.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,544.64 - ₹40,530.14 per month
