**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Student Counselor with a good understanding of handling, addressing and resolving behavioral issue of students.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Admission counselor in consultation with the principal is solely in charge of the Admissions carried on for all classes
- Attending to Visitors/ prospective parents regarding admission queries for both walk ins and telephonically spelling out the strengths of the institution
- Maintaining a data base of Prospectus sold, conversions and admissions confirmed.
- Creating students files with the necessary documents as maintained by CBSE.
- Maintaining e Punjab and UDISE portal.

**Qualifications for Admissions Counselor**
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any related field. Preference would be given to a Post Graduate or MBA.
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Admission Counsellor in a school of repute/College/Educational institute..
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively.
- A pleasing, approachable and friendly personality.
- Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timelines and professionalism.
