**School Admission Counselor**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Recruitment and Outreach**:

- Act as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing a warm and professional introduction to the school.
- Organize and participate in school tours, open houses, and information sessions.
- Build relationships with community organizations and feeder schools to attract prospective students.
- **Admissions Process Management**:

- Ensure accurate and timely communication of admissions policies, deadlines, and requirements.
- **Parent and Student Support**:

- Provide detailed information about school programs, curricula, extracurricular activities, and values.
- Assist families with understanding financial aid or scholarship opportunities, if applicable.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Collaborate with teachers and staff to coordinate entrance exams, assessments, and interviews.
- **Collaboration and Marketing**:

- Work with the marketing team to promote the school through brochures, social media, and other outreach initiatives.
- Provide input on strategies to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.
- Foster positive relationships with current families to encourage word-of-mouth referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or school administration is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with families from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, databases, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for school events.
