We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our IT solutions and services by identifying and acquiring new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing ones. **Responsibilities**:
- **Identify and Acquire New Clients**: Prospect, target, and engage potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- **Consultative Sales**: Understand clients' IT needs and challenges, and recommend tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- **Build and Maintain Client Relationships**: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of our IT products and services.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and targets, while accurately forecasting sales revenue.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to make informed recommendations to clients.
- **Sales Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in our CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions to clients.
- **Client Education**: Provide clients with information and resources to help them make informed decisions about our IT products and services.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in IT sales with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
