**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop Tableau solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Lead technical projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop data models that support the visualization and analysis of complex data sets.
- Optimize the performance of Tableau solutions to ensure that they are fast, efficient, and reliable.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and become proficient with Tableau.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that Tableau solutions meet their needs and provide valuable insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest Tableau updates and features, ensuring that our solutions are utilizing the latest functionality available.
- Develop best practices and standards for Tableau development and implementation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience working with Tableau and developing Tableau solutions.
- Strong data modeling skills and experience with complex data sets.
- Experience leading technical projects and providing technical guidance to team members.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, data analysts, and other team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Tableau Certification is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- 8+ years of total work (required)
- 6+years of Tableau (preferred)
