We are currently seeking a Tableau - Visual Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Must Have
- Experienced in designing, creating & publishing Tableau based interactive dashboards and report work flows
- Experienced with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
- Ability to elicit requirements and design optimal dashboards with
- Usability: Provide alternative approaches to data viz and usability
- Performance: Handle large data sets effectively and suggest alternatives without diluting the UI functionality
- Security: User and role specific dashboards, personalization etc.
- Extensibility: Provide inputs to customize and extend tableau features
- Multiple Data Sources: Ability to work with multiple data sources - DB, Filesystems, Big Data, Cloud
- Experienced with Databases, SQL to optimally write queries for performance
- Knowledge of other Tableau offerings and industry alternatives
- Good in communication, Production rollouts and experienced in customer engagement at an individual capacity

Good to Have
- Tableau Server Administration - Setup, User & Access management, Security
- Azure basics and Tableau on Cloud
- Data Science background with basic programming knowledge (Python)
