We are seeking a visionary and deeply experiencedSenior Technical Architectto spearhead the technical strategy and execution within our Agentforce practice. In this leadership role, you will be the chief architect for our most complex, enterprise-grade intelligent agent solutions, leveraging the full power of Agentforce, the Einstein 1 Platform, and Data Cloud.
This is more than a delivery role you will define architectural standards, mentor a team of architects and consultants, and serve as the foremost technical authority for our largest enterprise customers. You will blend profound technical expertise with strategic business acumen to shape the future of AI-driven customer engagement on the Salesforce platform.Your Impact
Architectural Leadership & Governance

- Define and govern the architectural vision, standards, and best practices for the Agentforce practice.
- Lead technical governance, conduct architecture review boards, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performant.
- Mentor and develop other technical architects and developers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Drive the creation of reusable assets, accelerators, and intellectual property to scale delivery across the practice.

AI Solution Architecture & Delivery

- Architect and oversee the implementation of sophisticated, AI-powered intelligent agents using Agentforce and the Einstein 1 Platform.
- Serve as the lead technical expert on flagship projects, guiding teams through complex full-stack implementations across Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and advanced AI orchestration frameworks.
- Lead by example, rapidly prototyping advanced concepts and PoCs to de-risk complex engagements and secure customer investment.

Integration & Enterprise Data Strategy

- Design and govern complex integration strategies connecting the Salesforce ecosystem with heterogeneous enterprise systems and external AI services.
- Architect mission-critical, secure, and scalable data foundations for GenAI workflows, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Provide expert guidance on leveraging enterprise data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks in conjunction with Salesforce.

Pre-Sales & Strategic Advisory

- Serve as the lead technical authority in pre-sales cycles for our most strategic accounts, partnering with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to shape winning solution strategies.
- Translate complex business challenges into cohesive technical blueprints, multi-year roadmaps, and compelling business cases.
- Command the respect of C-suite executives and enterprise architects, leading high-stakes client workshops and strategic advisory sessions.

Practice Development & Innovation

- Act as the ultimate technical escalation point for critical project challenges, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Harvest best practices and client insights to create reusable IP and directly influence the Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein product roadmaps.
- Champion thought leadership through white papers, conference presentations, and community engagement.

Required Qualifications

- Salesforce Certified Application ArchitectSystem Architect.Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is strongly preferred.
- 10+ yearsof progressive, customer-facing experience in enterprise software, with at least 5 years in a dedicated architecture role.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with the Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service, or Industry Clouds) and its programmatic capabilities (Apex, LWC, Asynchronous Processing).
- Demonstrable experience architecting solutions usingSalesforce Einstein 1 Platformcomponents.
- Proven experience designing and implementing LLM-based solutions, including deep familiarity withRAG architectures, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and function calling.
- Mastery of system integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture).
- Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with C-level stakeholders and technical executives.
- Superb communication, presentation, and visualization skills (e.g., whiteboarding complex architectures, solution storytelling).

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Salesforce certifications: AI Associate, Data Cloud Consultant.
- Extensive, hands-on experience withSalesforce Data Cloudis highly desirable.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
- Experience with AI model observability, prompt governance, and MLOps principles.
- Deep knowledge of data privacy, security frameworks, and enterprise compliance.
